Gael McKenzie completed her Ontological Coach training through Talking About Pty Ltd in Melbourne. This has contributed to Gael’s wealth of experience in the area of physical and mental health, including Crisis Counseling with Lifeline and the Women’s Information Referral Exchange and 5 years supporting people with drug, alcohol and other addictions, depression and anxiety and relationship concerns into recovery programs. Gael has also studied nutrition, massage and reiki, been a partner of an holistic health centre, a health retreat manager and had her own business supporting lifestyle change.

Gael’s passion is for supporting others to transform their lives through a greater understanding of self. She believes there is no one diet, exercise routine, spiritual practice or way of being in the world that fits all. “The more time we take to understand our own individual body, mind and spirit, the more we are able to create the life we would choose for ourselves”.

Through Ontological Coaching, Gael supports you to understand how the language you use, the moods and emotions you experience and the postures of your body contribute to the life you have and how, by changing them, you can create a life you would prefer. With respect and integrity, Gael holds the space for the evolving of your journey.

Gael offers one-one as well as organisational coaching and also facilitates public and organisational workshops with Steve.
